What does it cost?+
We quote once we have seen the process: how many people are involved, which systems have to be connected and how many exceptions there are. When the specification is ready, an offer with one number follows within 48 hours. An offer without a specification is a guess, and guesses are expensive in engineering.
How soon does the system start working?+
We start with one process, not everything at once — the first result arrives sooner and you can check the direction before investing more. The exact timeline comes with the offer, because it depends on how tidy the data is.
Who owns the code and the data?+
You do. The system, the code, the documentation and the access stay on your side even if the cooperation ends. Maintenance is a separate monthly service, not a key we hold over you.
Do you work with small companies?+
Yes. What matters more than company size is whether the process repeats and how many hours it eats. If we do the maths and automation would not pay for itself, we say so straight away.
