If you have a LIAA digitalisation project
That many second-round contracts are in force. The first round closed on 31 March 2026.
That is what the DIMI round had available; applications asked for €25.5M.
Projects must be completed by this date, the payment claim filed by 31 August 2029. The grant is a reimbursement after delivery.
Figures from LIAA's public lists of signed contracts. We do not quote before we have seen your application — an offer without a specification is a guess.
You won the grant. We build the system.
Two steps stay with you: the decisions and your relationship with LIAA. Those cannot be delegated. We build the system and hand you the contract, acts and invoices in the form LIAA expects.

Frequently asked questions about LIAA projects
Can you still apply for the LIAA digitalisation grant?+
Applications closed in both rounds — the last one was closed in November 2025 because demand exceeded the funding. This section is for companies that already have a contract with LIAA and now have to deliver the project.
How large is the LIAA digitalisation grant and what does it cover?+
Projects range from €10,000 to €200,000 with roughly 50% support intensity for small companies under de minimis. It covers what is written in the approved application: websites and e-commerce, process automation, ERP and CRM systems, equipment with software, AI solutions.
How must a supplier be chosen in a LIAA project?+
Through a price survey: at least three comparable offers must be received and the economically most advantageous one chosen, with the choice documented. We take part only with a real, independent offer — we do not arrange sets of offers “for the paperwork”.
When does the company receive the grant money?+
After the project is completed and the payment claim approved — the grant is a reimbursement, not an advance. That is why deliverable descriptions, acts and documentation have to be in order during delivery, not collected retroactively.
By what date must a LIAA project be delivered?+
Second-round (DIMI) projects must complete the supported activities by 31 May 2029, and the payment claim must be filed within three months of completion but no later than 31 August 2029. The first-round programme deadline was 31 March 2026 and could not be extended — that round is closed.
Do you handle the LIAA paperwork?+
Partly — and only the part that is genuinely the developer's. A payment claim requires seven types of documents: the market survey, the contract, the invoice, proof of payment, the acceptance act, accounting records and a declaration of no conflict of interest. We produce the contract, invoices, deliverable descriptions and acts. The claim itself, the declaration and the separate accounting records are yours — that is the beneficiary's responsibility, and a separate project management or paperwork service is not an eligible cost.
Our application named a different supplier. Can we still choose you?+
Yes. The LIAA support contract explicitly provides for a new market survey carried out after the application is approved — its documentation is then attached to the payment claim, showing the candidates surveyed, their prices and the chosen supplier. The payment claim assessment methodology also has a separate check for the case where the supplier differs from the one named in the application. What binds you is the selection process — at least three comparable offers and a justified choice — not the name written in the application. It is advisable to inform LIAA in writing about the change before signing the new contract.
Are AI tool subscription fees eligible?+
In second-round (DIMI) projects, software subscription fees are eligible for up to 24 months within the project — provided they are foreseen in the project application.
